Just a few pictures

Here is my little Hannah with her daddy. This is one of her favorite times...snuggling with daddy after her bath. For some reason, she won't sit with me like this AT ALL. Sometimes it isn't fair. She is definitely a daddy's girl. Hopefully that comes in handy when I have a new baby to take care of!
And here's my tummy. My step mom was giving me a hard time because I haven't taken any pictures up until this point and when I was pregnant with Hannah we were always taking pictures. I figure pictures of the a real baby instead of just a huge tummy are more exciting! Anyways, in this picture I'm about 31-32 weeks pregnant...still a few months to go! I'm still feeling good, although most days I wish that Hannah would take another nap around 3-4 in the afternoon. I could usually use one!

From the weekend:

Hannah posing with Aunt Kristen and Uncle Kirby as the get ready to head to prom. Can you see her in there?

Our FRIENDS!!!

So this post is actually about recent events :)

This past weekend Bryan, Eliza, and Kambria came to visit us! How lucky are we!?!? We had a great time catching up with them and really enjoyed playing Ticket to Ride with them. Probably a game we will have to purchase! It was kinda rainy most of the time they were here, but we did get one really nice day. We also had stake conference last weekend, so they got to experience driving over an hour to get to a church meeting with us. Fun stuff. Hannah and Kambria got along really well. They both wanted to play with toys the other was using, so occasionally we had a few temper tantrums, but for the most part they had tons of fun.

Here Hannah and Kambria are playing at our house. As long as they had each other's toys they were happy!

We got to go to a little carnival at a state park near our house. I won a cupcake in the cupcake walk and so we took a cupcake break. The girls couldn't eat fast enough. It is amazing how they know which foods are full of sugar!

And here is Nate with Kambria and Hannah on our front porch on the first really sunny, warm, and not super duper windy day of the year! I can handle that kind of weather!

Easter Pics

Sorry about the sideways pic in the last post!

We spent Easter in Kansas City at Nate's aunt and uncle's house. We had a great time with all of his family.

Here Hannah is getting into the Easter baskets with her cousin Caleb.
And here is Hannah in her pretty Easter dress (thanks grandma!) She played in this house for most of the time we were there. She really enjoyed opening and closing the door as you can see.

Time to Back Track

So I haven't posted any pictures in a while, and so here it goes. I'm starting in March, so not everything is recent, but hopefully you still enjoy the pics!

Right before Easter we celebrated Nate's grandma Eileen's b-day.
Here is a picture of Grandma Eileen with all of her grandkids.

It might be a miracle!

So some of you might laugh at this post, but...Hannah fell asleep last night at 8:30 and didn't wake up, make a peep, anything until 6:45 this morning. This is definitely a record for her. Nate and I always joke that she sleeps less than an adult, which isn't that much of an exaggeration. Lately she takes one nap (1 hour, up to 2 if I'm lucky) and then sleeps 8 to 8.5 hrs at night. That kind of schedule make me tired! (especially because when I was pregnant the first time I could nap whenever I needed to, sleep however long I wanted to, etc.) I'm not getting too excited, she has spent the first 19 mo. of her life sleeping less than what it seems like everybody elses kids sleep. Her new sleeping schedule will probably not continue, but I got ONE really good night of sleep. I could use a few more of those before I really don't get any sleep with the new baby. I just keep hoping that the new little one will end up being like those other kids I hear about who sleep for like 12 hours a night. That I can handle!
