By the end of March I was starting to feel mostly human again, which was good timing for Spring Break. Our original plans were to head to Kansas City for a few days so Nate could do a little work and we could all have a little fun. Last minute that plan changed, so we spent a few nights at a hotel here in the Des Moines area. The girls got to swim and we still spent a few days playing. The weather cooperated enough that we spent a day at the zoo.
Texas Roadhouse was right next to our hotel, so we had to try it out. YUM! We ate lots of food!
