The weekend after Thanksgiving we headed to Perry and the other Tenolds' home. It was a lefse making party! Lefse are Norwegian flatbread...a little like a tortilla....made from potatoes and flour. Traditionally they are filled with all sorts of things (lutefisk, jelly, butter) but we most often just spread on some butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Grandma Pat would want some lutefisk!
